Return Policy

We operate a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receipt of your item to request and dispatch a return shipment.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please note that return costs to international destinations are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@sylvalor.nl. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your package and where to send it. Items returned to us without prior authorization for a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items purchased during events such as our Black Friday sale, Christmas sale, New Year's sale, or closing sale.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

In the event of a dispute between the customer and the consumer regarding our products/services, the costs of resolving the dispute will be shared equally between both parties, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
